Miguel Avendano Cadena and Luis Llorens Saracho held serve comfortably to win the opening game of the doubles final at the ITF tournament in Madrid last night, and Finn Reynolds and AJ Catanzariti did the same in the second.  That, unfortunately, was the only success in the set for the fourth seeds, winning just five more points as the Spanish wild card pair rolled through the remaining games to take the set after 23 minutes.

The second set started with four holds of serve to love, but Reynolds and Catanzariti were able to save only two of the break points in the next game after being down 0-40.  It looked like that might have been a temporary blip when they again held to love, but Avendano Cadena and Llorens Saracho had another comfortable hold to leave the seeded pair needing to win the next game to stay in the match.  That looked like it would happen at 40-30, but they lost the next two points to see Avendano Cadena and Llorens Saracho end up with the title after 51 minutes on court.  The final score was 6-1, 6-3.
