Jesse Flores has been victorious over Antonio Cayetano March for the second time today, as he and Finn Reynolds have beaten March and Luigi Castelletti in straight sets in their doubles quarter-final in Alcala de Henares.  Castelletti and March had to come back from 15-40 to win the second game, but they couldn’t repeat the dose in the fourth game, this time saving only one break point.  Games from there on went with serve, although Castelletti and March had to save a set point when taken to deuce in the eighth game.  Reynolds or Flores started the next game with a double fault, but they won the remaining points to complete the set after 32 minutes.

The second set, in contrast, had no deuces, and every game, bar one, saw a comfortable hold of serve.  The exception was the fifth, where Castelletti and March won only the first point before being broken.  Reynolds and Flores eventually served out to love, the match taking an hour and six minutes.  The final score was 6-3, 6-4.
