Today is the first of two days in the Davis Cup World Group I play-off tie at Stanley Street, where New Zealand will be hoping to capitalise on the momentum generated by their success against Thailand in Invercargill last September. Play gets underway at 4.10 pm, after the opening ceremony, when Kiranpal Pannu will play Cem Ilkel in the first rubber. That will be followed by Rubin Statham against Yanki Erel.
Play tomorrow will commence just after 12 noon, when Marcus Daniell and Finn Reynolds take on Sarp Agabigun and Ergi Kirkin in the doubles rubber, with the reverse singles to follow.
