Valentin Royer has overwhelmed Matt Donald in the singles final in Heraklion, the Czech teenager holding serve just once in the match. He did break Royer’s serve in the sixth game of the first set to avoid the bagel, and Royer likewise won the first five games in the second set. The final score was 6-1, 6-1, and the match took an hour and seven minutes.
