I doubt that Michael Venus has ever had an easier win, and certainly not at the highest level, than the one he and Neal Skupski managed over Jean-Julien Rojer and Joe Salisbury in the first round of the Paris Masters.  Venus did hit two double faults in the opening game, but didn’t lose any other…
